Computer Telephony Expo Spring 2000 Features Four New Voice & Data Convergence Conferences

NEW YORK -- "CMP Media, Inc. today announced that Computer Telephony Expo Spring 2000 (March 7-9, 2000 at the Los Angeles Convention Center) will feature four new conferences. The new educational programs will support the call center professionals, computer telephony developers and integrators, IT/IS executives, and service providers. The conferences, will run concurrently with the show. They will consist of case studies and training sessions led by top industry analysts. These include moderators and speakers from the Gartner Group and In-Stat as well as keynote's from 3COM, Brooktrout, Cisco Systems, Dialogic (an Intel Company),

Call Center for Customer Care Executives

"The Call Center for Customer Care Executives conference is for call center professionals, infrastructure buyers and business unit executives who manage call centers. Delegates will learn how to maximize their call center investments and how to drive bottom-line profitability. Case studies from top users will highlight the latest cutting-edge solutions in the market.
