Innovative GSM and GPRS Smart Phones announced

Palo Alto, Calif. -- "Bodycom (TM), Inc., a newly founded research and development company and supplier of wireless smart phones, today announced a strategic relationship with Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CDN), the world's leading provider of electronic design products and services, and TagDesign, Inc., a full service design and development firm. Under the agreement, Cadence Design Systems, providing electronic design and TagDesign, providing mechanical design will collaborate on the development of Bodycom's line of Forum(TM) WAP-enabled smart phones to enhance the delivery of full service m-commerce solutions.

"Bodycom is pleased to have secured both Cadence Design Systems and TagDesign as active partners in the development of the Forum line of smart phones," said Michael Ausems, president and CEO of Bodycom. "By partnering with the leading providers of design services we're able to drastically reduce the time-to-market of our innovative line of Forum smart phones and pave the way for m-commerce solutions."

While offering standard phone and organizer features, the FGQ 919 has the capability of sending and receiving email and accessing streaming video and MP3 Internet technologies through GSM and GPRS wireless protocols. The dual-band Forum smart phones operate on GSM 900/1900, GSM 900/1800 and GPRS networks for global connection capabilities.
