This profile, together with cool design, has seduced far more users than Ericsson and has developed Nokia user communities.

"Design before entertainment-- Ericsson has silently admitted its mistake and has developed more flashy phones like the recently launched T20s. But many mobile users also enjoy the variety of logos, ringtones and other fun details that Nokia phones can download through SMS.
