"The dispute, with the Korean Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, involved royalty revenues from sales in Korea of Qualcomm's Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) wireless standard. "Qualcomm, which has 65m users of its CDMA standard, will report the charge for the three months ending December 31.
