"According to a preliminary industry survey, Samsung Electronics was the dominant mobile phone maker for November, accounting for 62.6 percent of total sales. "Despite overall sluggish demand for mobile telephones, due mainly to the government's ban on handset subsidies, the company sold 618,000 units last month. "On the back of modest growth in 2.5-generation color-screen handsets, Samsung's mobile telephone sales jumped some 10 percent, compared to the 52.8 percent market share a month ago.
