Yinchuan, China -- "Sales of Motorola V60 mobile phones have been suspended in Yinchuan, the capital of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, according to the Bureau for Industry and Commerce in the city.

"After an investigation, the bureau decided to confiscate all V60 mobile phones for sale in Yinchuan City on Dec. 5. Tests on the eight Motorola V60 mobile phones showed that none of the phones could send or receive calls, and the date they showed was one month earlier than the actual time.
