[Good Technology enters US Mobile Internet Enterpirse Market with new GoldLink wireless corporate messaging and its new Good G100 wireless handheld and the GoodInfo wireless information system for accessing web-enabled data sources.]

Sunnyvale, Calif. -- Good Technology, Inc. today announced its always up-to-date, cradleless system for wirelessly connecting mobile workers with valuable enterprise email and data.

The company's new GoodLink(tm) wireless corporate messaging system provides corporate customers with an end-to-end system for continuously synchronizing a variety of popular handhelds with corporate email and data. With this announcement, the company enters the U.S. Mobile Internet Enterprise Market, which Goldman Sachs estimates will grow to $20 billion by 2005.

Good also announced the Good G100 wireless handheld that pioneers the new category of Synchronized Messaging Devices, and the GoodInfo(tm) wireless information system for accessing web-enabled data sources.

GoodLink is based on Good's patent-pending compression and two-way wireless synchronization technologies that free users from their desktops while keeping them continuously and wirelessly connected to company information. The product's zero desktop software architecture eliminates the costly need for IT professionals to install software or cradles on end-users' desktops.

GoodLink Wireless Corporate Messaging System Keeps Users Always Up-to-Date GoodLink provides mobile workers with a continuously synchronized connection to Microsoft Exchange Server-based data so they can instantly access corporate email, contacts, calendar, notes and tasks -- continuously and securely -- when they are away from their desktops. In addition, it enables users to view email attachments in Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, HTML, PDF and RTF file formats as a secure, integrated part of the system. The end-to-end GoodLink System includes synchronizing server software, nationwide wireless service on the Cingular WirelessSM network, and applications software for a variety of devices, including the RIM 950TM, the RIM 957TM and the new GoodTM G100 wireless handhelds.

New GoodInfo(tm) System Enables Thin Client Access to Corporate Data To further enable corporate customers to extend valuable data sources wirelessly to mobile users, Good also announced the GoodInfo wireless information system. GoodInfo makes it easy for handheld users to access Web-enabled applications such as SAP, Siebel, corporate applications, intranets and public Web sites -- even when wireless coverage is intermittent. GoodInfo is optimized for delivering data over today's wireless networks: it uses a query and response delivery model to make information available both offline and online. Users can easily submit wireless queries via GoodInfo and receive responses quickly. Corporate developers can create new GoodInfo Applications in minutes using standards-based Web technologies, such as XML, CGI and HTTP. These lightweight applications can be distributed to users easily and wirelessly.

New GoodTM G100 Wireless Handheld is Purpose-Built For Messaging As part of its end-to-end system, Good also announced the GoodTM G100 wireless handheld, a powerful, compact and sophisticated handheld that pioneers a new category of Synchronized Messaging Devices -- continuously synchronized wireless handhelds that are purpose-built for composing and reading large amounts of email and accessing data. Small enough to be carried or belted at all times, the Good G100 provides mobile professionals with a highly portable handheld for robust wireless access to corporate information. Its sophisticated design features both a clear, crisp grayscale display screen and an ergonomically designed quick-type thumb keyboard for a superior typing experience on a small form-factor device. Its ambidextrous navigation bar, dedicated command buttons such as Home, Escape and Menu, and discrete left and right scrolling buttons enable one-handed use by both left-handed and right-handed users. The Good G100 is powered by GoodLink and GoodInfo software to provide a complete package for continuously synchronized wireless corporate messaging and data access.

Pricing and Availability The GoodLink wireless corporate messaging system is available immediately for RIM handhelds and is scheduled for availability on Good handhelds this Summer. Pricing for GoodLink Server is $3,000 plus $50 per seat with an 18 percent annual support contract. Monthly GoodLink Service is $44.99. GoodInfo and the Good G100 wireless handheld are scheduled for availability this Summer, subject to Federal Communications Commission approval, with pricing to be announced at that time.
