[Boingo announces agreement with inter-touch to expand its Wi-Fi hot spot network in ten countries.]

Santa Monica, CA -- Boingo Wireless(tm) announced today a network roaming agreement with inter-touch, which adds the company's Wi-Fi hot spot network in ten countries to the Boingo Roaming System. inter-touch is a leading provider of high-speed Internet access for business travelers in Asia, South Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.

inter-touch is expanding on its foundation of wired broadband connectivity in more than 150 hotels to offer Wi-Fi access in hotel public areas. The company has more than 50 Wi-Fi equipped hotels in Australia, France, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Malaysia, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom today and expects to grow its network to 150 Wi-Fi equipped hotels by the end of the year.

Boingo is the leading Wi-Fi network aggregator and has been aggressively expanding its Boingo Roaming System outside of the U.S., with partnerships in Europe and Asia. Today, Boingo's under-contract network of 5,600 Wi-Fi hotspots extends to 28 countries. This network is a key asset for Boingo's Platform Services program, a turnkey Wi-Fi service for service providers that also includes award-winning client software and a complete suite of back-office billing and roaming software. Current announced Platform Services partners include EarthLink, Fiberlink, Infonet Services Corp., MCI and Telecom Italia.

"Growing in Asia and Europe is a priority for Boingo, and this agreement is a big step forward thanks to inter-touch's focus on high-quality locations that are convenient for the business traveler," said Colby Goff, Boingo vice president of network strategy.

"Our rapid Wi-Fi expansion stems from our desire to give our end-user customers the most convenient and flexible means of connecting to the Internet whilst providing a profitable service for our hotel partners," said Elektra Mararian, vice president of global sales and marketing for inter-touch. "The value of our Wi-Fi service to our hotel partners increases as a result of this agreement because working with Boingo will dramatically broaden the user base and increase network utilization."
