By Jean Panke -- Cingular announces mobile-to-mobile calling offering free calls without roaming or long distance fees when calling other Cingular subscribers. New rate plans announced include the Cingular Nation GSM plan providing users with 5,000 nationwide mobile-to-mobile minutes and 5,000 nationwide night and weekend minutes on top of the plans core package of anytime minutes on plans starting at $49.99 per month (1,000 nationwide mobile-to-mobile minutes on the $39.99 plan). This new offer also includes Rollover(sm) allowing customers to keep their unused anytime minutes.
