Santa Clara, CA -- Good Technology, Inc. and Sprint today announced an agreement that will make GoodLink, Good's award-winning wireless messaging and PIM software and service, available directly to business customers through Sprint's nationwide direct sales force. Previously only available to Sprint customers through third-party channels, GoodLink is now more convenient for companies to purchase and support, with simplified access to devices, data plans, GoodLink server and client software and support in one unified package from Sprint.

"Our relationship with Sprint marks an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to simplify our customers' wireless deployments," said Danny Shader, CEO, Good Technology. "Although GoodLink has already been selected by more than 6,500 enterprises, Sprint's powerful distribution and reliable CDMA network will bring GoodLink's productivity and efficiency benefits to even more customers more conveniently and cost-effectively."

GoodLink features include:

- Two-way wireless synchronization of Microsoft Exchange: enterprise e-mail, contacts, calendar, notes and tasks. - Device and platform choice: Intuitive Outlook-like interface with robust features on leading productivity-enhancing devices including the Sprint PCS Smart Device Treo 650 by palmOne and the Sprint PCS Smart Device PPC 6600/6601. - Enterprise-class security: GoodLink Compliance Manager, Secure Over-the-Air provisioning and management, FIPS-certified AES data encryption, remote erase, and remote password policy management;

- Simple device provisioning and management for IT: Secure Over-the-Air provisioning, upgrades, and delivery of third party software for a lower total cost of ownership.

Sprint, the industry leader in wireless data, offers the largest, all-digital, all-PCS wireless network in the U.S. with flexible plans to meet unique business needs. Sprint's relationship with Good Technology furthers the company's vision to offer a powerful remote access experience for mobile workers on a secure, CDMA nationwide wireless network, covering over 87 percent of the U.S.

"Wireless email and remote access solutions can significantly enhance productivity and Sprint wants to make it as easy as possible for our business customers to take advantage of these time and cost-saving tools," said Tim Donahue, Vice President Enterprise Marketing, Sprint Business Solutions. "Adding the GoodLink solution to Sprint's remote access portfolio provides business customers with a simplified buying process and the ability to receive charges for Sprint PCS voice service and GoodLink on a single bill from Sprint."
