[Telefonica Moviles is preparing to launch the world's largest Wi-Fi network and is converting all of its GSM and UMTS towers in Spain into WiFi access points. CanalPDA reports the carrier plans to unveil the service during 3GSM in Barcelona from February 13 to 16.]
