[HD Communications unveils the HD27000 all-in-one in-wall data port designed for hotels, motels and the enterprise market offering Wi-Fi, wired ethernet, and VoIP connectivity.]

Ronkonkoma, NY -- HD Communications Corp., a leading broadband wireless company, unveiled its new In-Wall Wi-Fi, Data, VoIP, and PoE device at the INTERNET TELEPHONY CONFERENCE & EXPO at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. The HD27000 is an all-in-one device designed specifically for hotels, motels and the enterprise market. “We listened to our customers and simply gave them what they wanted,” said Don Davis, President and CEO. “Hotels, motels and businesses require good Wi-Fi, a wired ethernet connection, and the ability to plug in a VoIP phone as well as power it. The HD27000 is a small, PoE-powered 802.11b/g access point that is IEEE 802.3af PoE-compliant and is designed for locations wired or planning to wire for Category5/Cat5e/Cat6 cable.”

The HD27000 offers up to four SSID's so customers can set up both public and private networks. The device also has an RJ45 jack on the front that is PoE (IEEE 802.3af-compliant) that can power a VoIP phone or just provide a data port to the location. The device has the latest in security available. “The HD27000 is a result of over two years of working with customers with our earlier in-wall product, the HD24613 Customers always want more and we try to accommodate as much as we can,” Davis stated. The VoIP industry is certainly an area destined for growth as large enterprises look to reduce their monthly costs.

HD Communications Corp. has had tremendous growth in the broadband wireless arena over the past few years, more than doubling their sales in 2008. As they continue to pursue new markets and introduce new products they should continue to grow despite the ailing economy.

Customers and installers interested in learning more about the HD27000 should contact Eric Olson at their corporate office; (888) 588-3800 ext.126, or (631) 588-3877 ext. 126. or visit the company's wireless network products group website at www.wirelessnetworkproducts.com.
