[Javaground announces the launch of Xpressed mobile marketplace for developers and publishers to sell content directly to consumers.]

Irvine, CA -- Javaground, creator of the leading mobile development solution called the Xpress Suite(TM), today announced the launch of Xpressed®, a marketplace for developers and publishers to sell their content directly to consumers.

Xpressed® boasts some unique features, both for consumers and developers. It is designed to protect the consumer's investment by offering try-before-you-buy for every piece of content (via automatically created demos) and free online play in an emulator. Xpressed® also features a unique Unlimited Plan that allows consumers to enjoy and download all content for only $9.99 per month.

Developers benefit from an open marketplace where they determine the price of their content and the duration of the trial as well as their participation in the Unlimited Plan. They can create virtual studios and post free ads to recruit members to start creating mobile applications. Developers will also have access to the Xpress Suite(TM) which will allow them to increase their distribution coverage by orders of magnitude thanks to automated porting.

Xpressed® is also a mobile community where members can create blogs, communicate with friends, and find out what applications their friends have been enjoying.

"Xpressed provides consumers with unparalled value and efficient content discovery which had always been a challenge in the industry. Xpressed, with its Xpress Suite, is much more than a mobile store; it is an AppStore with a self-publishing platform for all developers and publishers, big and small," said Alex Kral, CEO and co-founder of Javaground.

Xpressed® is available online as a website, as a WAP site for mobile devices and as a rich on-device client for all J2ME handsets. Visit online now at
