Eric Savitz -- "AT&T is considering buying a European telco to boost its growth rate, the Wall Street Journal reports. The move would be a stark reflection of the fact that the U.S. wireless market has effectively stop growing, leaving the four major U.S. mobile carriers to battle it out for market share."
