Livonia, MI -- T-Mobile is poised to take the fight to its competition with the addition of Apple products and its new, contract-free “un-carrier” strategy, as long as it delivers on its promise of an incredible network experience, according to a survey by Market Strategies International.
“The customer feedback in our Telecoms Loyalty Study reinforces the positive news that T-Mobile reported in its preliminary Q1 numbers in April. People are telling us T-Mobile’s competitive plans and rates are very cost efficient, offering the most services for the lowest price. But having competitive rates is one thing; T-Mobile must also deliver on handsets and the network,” said Paul Donagher, senior vice president, Communications Division, Market Strategies International.
By eliminating annual service contracts, T-Mobile is appealing to the core need of flexibility, allowing customers to do what they want when they want it.
“T-Mobile’s decision to become the un-carrier is the boldest customer-facing move we’ve seen in this industry in years. The next few months will be crucial, but if you’re T-Mobile, you’re looking at the future very optimistically,” Donagher said.
