by Dearbail Jordan -- "MMO, the recently demerged mobiles arm of BT, has delayed the launch of its third-generation (3G) network by at least six months, blaming phone manufacturers for the late delivery of handsets.

"Manx Telecom, mmO's Isle of Man subsidiary, yesterday unveiled its 3G testing site, which has finally gone live following another six-month delay.
