Dallas, TX -- Samsung Telecommunications America was identified as the wireless phone manufacturer whose devices
consumers are most likely to purchase during the next year and a half to two years, according to the results of an independent national survey by Brand Keys. The survey predicts consumers' purchasing habits across a range of products and services. For the wireless phone category, consumer preferences were based, in part, on phones' design and functionality.
The Brand Keys survey is a leading-indicator of customer loyalty to specific brands and highlights Samsung as the number one mobile phone
manufacturer in customer loyalty. Brands that ranked number one in their categories are those whose customers felt were best able to meet or exceed their expectations.
